Our North Kelvin Girls continue to grow with the help of our Girls Football Coordinator, Keaton Lawrence, we now have a NK Girls u12s team which plays in the SWF West Girls u12s League. We also have our NK Girls Development Centre which offers Girls the opportunity to play recreational football. We are looking to continue to grow our girls, the next step is to get our u10s girls playing in the SWF leagues.

I have worked with the girls for just over 2 years now. When I first started working with this group of girls they were very new to football and hadn’t played any games. Within the past 2 years, the girls have grown and developed as players and individuals increasing their game knowledge and confidence. The girls have took part in various tournaments and matches.
For their development, Our girls play in the SWF West u12s League Tier 2, this helps the girls implement what they have learned in their training into matches and helps them improve as footballers by playing against a variety of different girls team. We aim as a club to continue to grow the girls section by creating more age groups and getting more teams into the SWF Leagues.
