Head of Football

Blair Kelly

I have previously worked with Morton in the Community where I began in 2013 as a Project Worker overseeing all football related projects within Inverclyde. In addition to creating and managing community projects, I was tasked with the recruitment and training of coaches. During this time, I also worked within Greenock Morton’s Youth academy as the Head of Junior Academy, where I held overall responsibility for players from U13s- Pre-academy level. I then took up my role at Motherwell FC’s youth academy. My career has been spent working within football at both community and elite levels. My ethos is always to encourage players to use the power of football to realise their potential, whether in the classroom or on the pitch. I hold an Advanced Children’s Licence and UEFA B Licence.
